We always strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience to students placing orders for our online preparation courses at OnlinePrep. However, please note that, except in special circumstances, all sales made through OnlinePrep are considered final once an order confirmation has been sent. We adopt this policy because it helps us protect our digital inventory and maintain our quality standards in service. Here's what we do with cancellations, refunds, and exceptions:

Cancellation

Sales become final and cancellation is not possible once a student clicks the 'buy' button on OnlinePrep. Since our products are all online and accessible immediately upon purchase, cancellations are not possible once there is confirmation. Hence, we request all our customers to read the course details and requirements carefully before they complete their purchase.

Refund Policy

OnlinePrep has a no-refund policy for all online courses. Owing to the nature of our digital products, once access has been granted to a course, we can't give refunds. This policy is aimed at ensuring that we can preserve the integrity of our course offerings and protect our intellectual property. We do, however, refund money in some exceptional circumstances as mentioned below:

Duplicate Purchase

• If the customer mistakenly purchases the same course several times, this sale may have a refund for doubling the purchase.
• The notification of the double purchase should be given within two (2) working days from the transaction date.
• After verification of the duplicate transaction, the duplicate payment can then be refunded.

Incorrect Course Selection

If an incorrect course is mistakenly bought, it can be returned by the customer if the customer notifies us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll refund.

But at OnlinePrep, we can even transfer payment to the correct course so that the student uses the same amount on the actual product. Please note with such a transfer, no cash refund is accepted but it allows adjustment against the fee of another course.

Extraordinary Circumstances

While extremely rare, if a student is faced with extraordinary circumstances, such as an emergent medical situation or technical issues that have resulted in him being unable to access the course, then we will permit him to write to support@onlineprep.com.

OnlinePrep shall hold the discretion to review and approve or reject the same on a case-to-case basis. Whether or not OnlinePrep will refund on those conditions will be subject to specific circumstances prevailing then. Any such request for a refund may be made along with requisite supporting documentation.

Procedure for Refund

Upon there is an approved refund by OnlinePrep as per the conditions above-stated conditions, then the same shall be made after necessary deductions, subject to relevant circumstances prevailing. Deductions from refunds may include:

• Administrative Charges: Charges arising from processing and handling refunds.
• Taxes Applicable on Date of Purchase (e.g. GST): Tax at the date of refund shall be barred on any goods in case Goods and Service tax was paid on the date of purchase.
• Promotional Discounts / Cashbacks: In case any promotional discount or cashback was applied during the date of purchase then the amounts so applied, need to be deducted from the amount of refundable.
• The refund amount will be returned to the source of the payment within 7-10 business days from when the refund is approved.
