1. Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications:

A candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must have a valid score in any of the following entrance exams: CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT, or MHCET.

3. Shortlisting of Candidates

4. Selection Process

Group Discussion (GD):

Shortlisted candidates participate in a group discussion on a given topic to assess their communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Personal Interview (PI):

Candidates who clear the GD round are called for a personal interview. This round assesses the candidate's personality, aspirations, and suitability for the management program.

Written Ability Test (WAT):

Some years, IMDR may also conduct a written ability test to evaluate the candidate's writing and analytical skills.

5. Final Selection

The final selection is based on the cumulative performance of the candidate in the entrance exam, GD, PI, and WAT (if applicable), as well as their academic background and work experience (if any).
