XLRI-Xavier School of Management, established in 1949 by Fr. Quinn Enright, S.J., has been a model of academic success. XLRI has consistently advocated for global perspectives in management education, a legacy that spans over seven decades. XLRI has maintained an international focus since its inception. It was the first management school in India to offer its academic programmes to students from other countries.
