International Academy of Management and Entrepreneurship Admission Process

1. Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Programs: Applicants must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board with a minimum percentage as required by the specific program.
Postgraduate Programs (MBA/PGDM): Applicants should have completed a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline from a recognized university, with a specified minimum aggregate percentage.
Additional Requirements for MBA Programs: Some programs might require work experience or entrance exam scores (e.g., CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, or any state-level MBA entrance exam).

2. Application Process

Online Application: Candidates must fill out an online application form available on the IAME website. This includes personal information, academic qualifications, and any relevant work experience.
Application Fee: Payment of a non-refundable application fee is required. The fee can typically be paid online through net banking, credit card, or debit card.

3. Entrance Examination

For MBA and PGDM programs, candidates need to have a valid score from one of the management entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, or CMAT.
IAME may also conduct its own entrance test, depending on the program and its specific requirements.

4. Selection Process

Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on the entrance exam scores and the eligibility criteria, candidates are shortlisted for further evaluation.
Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview. The interview assesses the applicant’s communication skills, leadership potential, and overall suitability for the program.
Group Discussion (GD): In some cases, IAME might also conduct a Group Discussion to evaluate the candidate’s ability to work in teams and their thought process in group scenarios.

5. Final Selection

Evaluation Criteria: The final selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s entrance exam score, academic performance, work experience (if applicable), performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview, and any other specific requirements of the program.
Offer Letter: Successful candidates receive an offer letter for admission. This letter outlines the program details, fees, and other relevant instructions.

6. Document Submission

Upon receiving the admission offer, candidates are required to submit the following documents:

Academic transcripts and certificates (Class 10, 12, and graduation if applicable)
Entrance exam scorecard (for MBA/PGDM)
Proof of identity (Aadhar card, passport, etc.)
Passport-sized photographs
Work experience certificate (if applicable)

7. Payment of Fees

Candidates must pay the initial tuition fee as mentioned in the offer letter to confirm their seat in the program. Failure to do so within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the admission offer.

8. Program Commencement

Once the fee is paid, students receive further communication regarding the orientation program, start date, and course curriculum.
