The Pt. Sundarlal Sharma Open University (PSSOU) is a well-known state open university in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India. It offers many online learning programmes. The Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh Act of 2004 made the university possible.
